General Terms and Conditions

E-TICKETS & ITINERARIES: With E-tickets, you will just need to present your valid photo identification upon hotel check-in,car pick-up, or air flight check-in. You may also need to know the confirmation numbers you will see in your itinerary from Cheapairtkts, but no paper documents are generally needed for your travel. Most reservations documents are issued as E-Tickets.

TAXES: Hotel, Condo, and Vacation Home Rental prices include all taxes (11.416% or more). Air ticket prices also include all taxes, fuel surcharges and other fees. Hawaii State general excise tax of 4% is included on all rental cars. Other Hawaii State taxes, surcharges, and fees are sometimes included in our rates and sometimes not–please see the Terms & Conditions for your particular car rental to determine this.

RESERVATION PAYMENT DEADLINES: Hotel and car reservations that you book online or via one of our agents will normally automatically cancel 5 days after you book them, unless you apply partial or full payment to them, or unless special arrangements are made with your Cheapairtkts agent. Air ticket reservations are generally payable when you book them using our online booking system, or else the space will not be held by the airline. Please note that prices can change without notice until your package is paid in full. Air reservations, once booked, may be held for a few hours to a few days, depending on the type of fare. Please see the specific cancellation terms on your itinerary and payment page.

FULL PAYMENT - Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure for all Hawaii bookings. Reservations withoutfull payment may be cancelled without notice. Please identify all booking numbers associated with full payment!

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION - Please inform clients to carry photo identification that corresponds to tickets.Boarding may be denied should proper identification not be available.Please view www.tsa.gov for updates on prohibiteditems and security measures .Should there be a problem with any component of a package, the travelershould contact the booking travel agent immediately. We will work with the travel agent to correctthe situation. Customer satisfaction during a vacation is very important. Reports of dissatisfaction after return are verydifficult, if not impossible, to correct.Hotels and condominiums booked as a package may have different terms and conditions. Space booked during Holidays have additional restrictions, penalties and payment policies.

RATES - All rates are subject to change without notice. Full payment only, IN OUR OFFICE, will guaranteerates. Certain air segments may have additional restrictions and full payment may be required at time of booking.Additional charges may apply for Gold Streak, Express Mail or FedEx delivery. Groups and special tours requiredeposits per supplier contracts. All last minute fees are nonrefundable. All reservations ticketed to protectfares are subject to cancel or change fees and may be nonrefundable.

CREDIT CARD POLICY - In consideration of All About Travel, Inc. accepting credit card charges for collectionand issuing appropriate travel documentation the retail agency shall be liable for all charges placed on the creditcard in the event that charge amounts are declined or for which charges are paid and subsequently charged backfor whatever reason including the unauthorized or fraudulent use of the credit card. (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Diners & JCB)

SERVICE FEE - Service fee option available to travel agents. Service fee is subject to a 5% processing charge

SPECIAL HOTEL REQUESTS: Special requests to hotels include such things as requesting a smoking or non-smoking room, requesting particular types of beds, or requesting a room in a specific area of a hotel. In almost all cases your special requests will be honored by the hotel or condo. But please note that the fulfillment of your special requests are NOT GUARANTEED by either CheapairTkTs or the hotel/condo. Our advise to you is to be sure to reiterate your special requests upon checkin to the hotel/condo, so that you can have better assurance that your requests will be fulfilled. Also, checking in as early as possible (most hotels have a checkin time of 3PM) can help, because some requests are handled on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

CANCELLATIONS: For hotels, there is a base cancellation charge as follows: 1) For reservations for which a deposit of ten percent or greater has been received and whose first check-in date is at least 45 days from today’s date, the cancellation penalty is ten percent or $50, whichever is greater; 2) For reservations for which full payment has been received, or whose first check-in date is less than 45 days from today’s date, the cancellation penalty is fifteen percent or $50, whichever is greater. In addition to the base cancellation charge, all hotels charge their own cancellation fee if a cancellation is not received within a certain number of days before the check-in date.

DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD SPECIAL CANCELLATION DATES AND PENALTIES APPLY FOR ALL HOTELS. In general you must cancel much earlier (several weeks to several months in advance) and the cancellation penalty can be as much as the full price of your package.

Changes to hotel stays are subject to the cancellation fees noted above (if reducing the price of your package), plus an administrative fee of $30. Refunds are generally made by check.

CHANGES - Documents not issued - there is no penalty except for holiday periods.Documents issued - Exceptions apply for certain holiday periods and nonrefundable airfare. $75 per person forreservations that include Delta airfare - $125 for Alaska, Aloha, ATA, Northwest and United - $150 for Hawaiian.An add/collect fee may also be charged. $125 per person additional for itineraries that include Alaska/HorizonAir (Alaska/Horizon air is non-changeable and nonrefundable within 14 days of departure) and $50 per personfor neighbor island. $30 per booking for land only reservations.

CHANGES IN HAWAII: Airline Date Changes to Return while in Hawaii - Alaska $125 (Change/Pay with Allabout Hawaii or in Hawaii) • Aloha $125 (Change/Pay with All About Hawaii or in Hawaii) • ATA$125(Change/Pay with All About Hawaii) • Delta $75 (Change/Paywith All About Hawaii) •Hawaiian $175 (Change/Pay with All About Hawaii OR in Hawaii) • Northwest $125(Change/Pay with All About Hawaii except holiday) •

REFUNDS - For all refunds documents must be returned for review. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process. Oncetravel has commenced there will be no refund except for extenuating circumstances. These requests must bemade in writing within 30 days of completion of travel. Please attention all correspondence to CUSTOMERSERVICE REFUNDS.

NO REFUND will be made for partially used or totally unused tour features or carrentals!

NOT INCLUDED - Tours do not include gratuities, federal taxes, gas, oil, parking, traffic violations, insurance, dropoff fees, motor vehicle surcharge taxes, meals, long distance phone calls and other items of a personal nature.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - All About Hawaii recommends that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance isoffered through All About Hawaii at an additional cost. Insurance must be purchased prior to or at the time of finalpayment. Insurance policy is not in effect until the premium is paid. Premium is nonrefundable.Travel insurance does not provide protection for travel agency commissions in the event of cancellation. Travel Insurance does covernonrefundable airfare.
